Moontain quality is based on high standard on the needs of your application, usually, the China static balance standard is G40, we also accept the G16 standard for dynamic balance. In addition, there’re following points we tested in the fabrication: You can expect expert components engineering from our experienced in-house team.

In order to meet different needs of various industries at home and abroad, Moontain set up a roller laboratory to improve product quality. The laboratory is located in the southwest of roller workshop, covers an area of 70 square meters. It is mainly used to do factory inspection of produced rollers and performance tests of newly developed rollers.
The laboratory is fully equipped with advanced detection equipments:
ZT-511 rotational resistance test rig;
ZT-513 axial load test rig;
ZT-512 immersion seal test rig and runout tester;
ZT-515 dustproof performance test rig and drop test rig;
ZT-516 axial displacement test rig, balancing tester, and Akron abrasion machine.
