Conveyor Pulleys & Lagging

Moontain supplies drive, tail, bend, snub, take-up, wing and motorized pulleys for belt conveyors of every size. Each pulley is designed with finite element analysis (FEA) and fabricated through plate rolling, machining, submerged-arc welding, stress relieving, sand blasting, balancing and painting. Pulleys can be supplied with plain or diamond-grooved rubber lagging, ceramic lagging or replaceable lagging to improve belt traction and protect the shell. Our pulleys are manufactured in an ISO 9001:2015 certified workshop.
